I should clarify this is two courses for a tenner, not two meals!!

I don't sit there with Milko my imaginary mate and eat both the meals.

Just had a hangover chicken roast dinner. Was tremendous. Goose fat roast potatoes. Followed by passion fruit cheesecake.

 

i had fish fingers and chips and red sauce, it was nice.

 

You seem to eat fish fingers a lot math.

Are you sure? They're as addictive as crack are fish fingers. Tis a well known fact.

 

Yeah, chicken here also. Very nice. Mixed berries crumble for dessert.

Last night's moules marinere was a roaring success, very nice indeed.

So much so I'm being allowed to do it as a starter next Saturday when we've got friends (hers) over. That's a close as I'll get to a compliment.

 

Nice. Think next weekend will comprise of a food extravaganza.

When she invites people over is it her mates an their husbands?? Do you get on with the husbands?? That'd do my head in.

Her husband is okay, big into football so there is a common ground.

He's a bit too politically right on for me but that's also good conversation. Workshy ****er though, that I don't get!

Five kids between us, it's hardly what you'd call dinner party or fine dining. More likely to be carnage.

I hate mrs's mates other halves being forced onto me. Being the miserable bastard that I am.

My putting has been great lately. Sank some belters at Celtic manor. 1 putted 5 times.

I'm in bed and have been for the last two hours. Feel terrible.

 

I wasn't consulted on the invite either. No the end of the world, it won't be a late night as they'll have to get their kids home. Luckily I've got winter league following day at a much later time than I usual play.

Following week got a project finish meal out in Swansea for the Hereford bridge. Client and his wife down and put up in a hotel and me and her our chief engineer and a director and their wives all off to a French restaurant in town. Not done this before, plan to spend lots if the companies money.

The restaurant looks the proper business.

 

I have the urge for mcdonalds.

 

I had a sandwich with avacado, goats cheese, tomato and coleslaw for lunch. Luuurvly

I fancied finger food for during the match. Got chicken nuggets and crinkle cut chips.

Can confirm aldi chicken nuggets are ****. Nothing like mcnuggets.

Got a rhubarb crumble for afters. With custard.

 

Nah, it's lovely. Good, protein packed sandwich before hitting the gym.

 

Some kind of sausage pasta thingy for lunch that the wife made, not expecting much.
