    Good luck with that.

TBH I think that you guys have the best chance in 5+ years to get into the play offs. Good luck, I mean it.

    Cheers, Kempy!<ok>

I don't think any of us are realistically looking at the play offs at the moment, possibly a top 10 finish at best, but you never know...Good luck against Arsenal next weekend, I work with a lot of Arsenal fans, it would be kinda nice if you lot could wipe the smug smiles off their faces...<laugh>

I'd be interested to see the demographic of Talksport listeners

I may be being harsh here, but I expect theres a large percentage of Manchester United fans with strong cockney accents and Chelsea fans who spend a large proportion of their time trying to convince others that "I sapportid em' before dey ad maaney gavnarrr"

In my view, it is inevitable. It's all about money at the end of the day and if they "Big" clubs want to **** off and play Barca every week and leave the rest of us that's absolutely fine, won't sway my support of Norwich one bit. Would certainly get rid of the plastics and wouldn't affect our attendances or revenue that much I suspect.

Thing is, many supporters (use the term lightly here) of these teams support them purely on there success...

So when this league starts up and Chelsea keep finishing 15th every single year why would I want to see a team do that, would bore the hell out of me. Only one winner every year out of 20 who are use to success all the time. It just doesn't make any sense what so ever to even do something like this.

Why would Sky want to pump billions into a league being contested between side like Newcastle, Aston Villa, Norwich, Soton etc when they could pump it into this Super League thingy.

The big teams leave, so does the TV money.

IMO the super league won't be happening anytime soon. To much opposition from various countries. And besides the champions league is basically the sàme thing. Top teams from around Europe competing agàinst each other to win club footballs biggest prize. A super leàgue may be the death knell for the premiership as we know it with the elite leaving sky aren't going to pump millions in. Then the teams who gain financially from the visits and going to the big teams will lose out on revenue. Will they still be affiliated with the fa or will there be a breakaway organisation set up. If so can they still enter our cup competitions. Frankly I think we can rest easy for the foreseeable future.
