    I dunno about Annakin. Their version F1, in Episode 1, was quite boring.

    But, Jar Jar Binks was the worst character in existance. you could've killed all them off after 30 minutes. They weren't even there for comic value.

    Jar Jar Binks was the worst character ever. The first film was ruined just by him being there.

    i do admit though, through walkers crisps, i won a jar jar binks prize, his tounge stuck to everything <laugh>

    his existence was basically the 'new' cinema experience, characters that are pointless, but are there for commercial equity

    I remember those promotional Star Wars figures in the crisps & cereals. I think i still chucked Jar Jar Binks away.

    I didn't know til recently that Peter Serafinowicz was the voice of Darth Maul.

    The book is one of my favourites of all time, the film I thought was poor.

    Not as poor as Taken 2.

    I started watching it the other night and Jesus wept it't bad.

    It got to the stage where I couldn't decide whether to endure( and that's the right word) the remaining hour or cut my losses.

    I cut my losses, it was that ****.

    A lot of my favourite films have been mentioned(Pulp Fiction being my all time No1) but a few I'd like to add into the mix;

    The Long Good Friday.
    Layer Cake.
    State of Grace.
    Carlito's Way.

    And my favourite film from being a kid and one that for some reason makes my Christmas whenever it's shown over the festive period;

    Raiders of the Lost Ark.

    I know, it's not even a Christmas film but it takes me back to being a kid and Christmas for some reason.

    I also always watch A Christmas Carol( Patrick Stewart version) every Christmas Eve just after tea with a glass of Port and the fire on. I had a log burner in my old house which was much better.

    How ****ing old am I?

    I need to get with the times in modern Britain.

    This year I'll watch This is England with a bottle of White Frightening and then go outside, nut one of my neighbours and put their windows through.

    Have it!!

    Every Christmas I was always wanting to watch The Muppet's Christmas Carol.

    Critical viewing in December that.

    A Muppet Christmas Carol with Michael Caine is as good.

    Hopefully, i won't be too pissed this year for the Boxing Day match.

    How the **** have we got on to Xmas conversation all of a sudden? Everyones on about it now it's freezing outside and it's dark constantly. We've even got the crap in the shop.

    I quite like the Westerns- Fistful of Dollars, For A few Dollars More, The Good the Bad & the Ugly, Once Upon A Time in The West, Dances With Wolves, Butch Cassidy & The Sundance Kid

    Also- the Shane Medows films are pretty good- Dead Man's Shoes, This Is England etc

    I feel really annoyed that I missed The Good, The Bad & The Ugly and This Is England.

    Though I think This Is England '86 was better than the film.
