Sheffield Utd sacked their under performing boss David Weir, is he the first in our Div this season? Any takers on who might be next?? Once one board wields the axe it tends to start a craze. And to think Sheff Utd have actually won a league game this season.

Yep the next 2 months are where managers are worried. To be fair its when McInnes should of been given the boot last year. If its still mid November and we're where we are then im Sorry but SOD would have to go.

I liked McInnes he started getting the academy going, just rubbish at managing the first team.

It was obvious to see in November that McInnes was terrible. We had to watch **** football for another 2 months before anyone realised. Also McInnes was being told what to do with the Academy, It was what the club wanted, McInnes didn't come in and start it himself.

Weir was sacked for poor record yet biggest budget in L1.

SOD's record is worse, suppose having the lowest budget in L1 is saving him.

Ps - Leyton Orient must also have huge budget.

Its funny when u look that we are 1 Point off bottom yet we have lost as many games in the league as Swindon who are 7th. Just shows that an extra goal in some of our games and we could have been right up there but that sums city up that we are just missing a little something.

Still think the club should try and bring ebanks blake in as he is out of contract. he scored many goals against us when he was at plymouth and was top goal scorer a few times at wolves. We need a goal scorer as we waste too many chances when we get them.

I think if we dont bring in a striker then SOD will be gone. Best way to defend is to attack

Spot on,our man up front needs 10 chances to score 2,i have not rated him since he has been on board.lightweight,we need a strong man and blake would do a job.

That my friend depends on who you speak to, the person who told me that he wanted it and spent to much time trying to do that and first team affairs it got too much.

Well yeah, The board had told McInnes that we want to build a successful youth System as well as a Successful first team. It wasn't McInnes idea to have a academy shake up, It's something weve been working on for a while. McInnes lost his job due to terrible tactics and not buying a CB

Same can be said for SOD very soon RR. The footballs better but we're in the same situation as we were last year but with less points in a lower league!

SOD is like an asset stripper, sell off the family silver, lower the dream, save the bosses money and excuse me, " I was told what to do and it ain't my fault...".

Sure it is his players, and i fully understand the fact that we need to get the club in a better state, but remember SOD has taken over a decaying club on a downward trend for well over three years.
Have to say he has some balls taking the job on in the first place.
Yes he has to be counted regards his signings, but the players have been piss poor i'm afraid.
The fans will not give him more than another 5 to 8 games carrying on in the same way.
I just hope it turns around, however if not get Warnock in as SoD will either resign or get the boot.
