If England beat Montenegro, and Poland beat the Ukraine tomorrow, then Poland beat us who will win the group ?, our goal difference is far better than Poland's, but is it based on the results against each team ?. Someone might think Ukraine and us winning will give us a certain top 2 finish, but I would rather Poland won in the Ukraine, but that would give Poland a lot to play for in the last match where as if they lose to the Ukraine they come here with nothing to play for, but then the Ukraine could finish above us!.

If you post the group table I'll take a look at it. Other wise I haven't a clue what you're going on about <ok>

England and Sunderland. It's like Morecambe and Wise.

Fans of both yearn for the past glories.

The teams never deliver what the fans expect.

Every time we roll up to urge them on in great numbers.

I love Sunderland. I love England.

Ha ha! Just don't take an interest in the national team, watch the big tournaments like, If I had Sky I'd watch loads just not England. If FA did something about their failings and reformed grass roots football and stop blaming everybody else and the national coaches stop thinking the country ends in lancashire then I'd give it another chance.

I used to go to quite a few England away games (early 90s) but nowadays I wouldn't go to watch them if they were playing at the local park.!
The FA are a joke and the team is overrun with player power.. It makes me sick.
Ashley Cole.. Calls the FA 'cnuts' and still gets picked...
John Terry... Don't even get me started...!!

No credibility whatsoever. They're a joke mate. Wish ITV would ditch them and show spanish games instead.

I think it will be a case of getting the job done in both games, regardless of other results we should qualify.

I can't bear the thought that these overpaid idiots are going to be given another chance to prove something in Brazil. The silver lining for me is, given a couple more years we should see a fair few of them retiring from international duty.

There's a fair few good young guns coming through for England such as Oxlade Chamberlain, Jack Butland, Phil Jones, Eric Dier, Luke Shaw, Ross Barkley, Zaha, Ince, Lingard, Powell, Berahino, and if he carries on the right track we could have something special in young Ravel Morrison. Oh and there's also the possiblity that your good mate Adnan Januzaj could turn out for England too!

Without the bad influences of ****s like John Terry, Steve Gerrard, Rio Ferdinand and Ashley Cole (Rooney will be there another few years yet!) hopefully the new crop of kids will make us a little prouder than that lot who've messed up so many times. There's obviously the realism that Roy Hodgson and the FA will continue to ruin any chance we have of stepping in to the 21st century though.

Seems it's not just being crap at Football that connects England and Sunderland.

This. I can't understand why football fans have no interest or desire to see England do well.
I wonder if you would take a sudden interest if we reached the final ?

I'll be watching the final anyway mate. Just think on mate, when England once again buckle under unrealistic expectations, that it's SAFC's fault, apparently.
