Kettering Town are in court at the present appealing against a winding up order.

We've played reserve teams at both of these clubs

Watford fan in peace. I always look at how the non-league teams in Herts are doing and Hinckley were in the same division as Hemel Hempstead Town and St Albans City, always sad to see any team go to the wall.

Usually occurs when trying to post a blank message or when you click 'reply with quote' and actually type your text within the other poster's quote - hence the system interprets that you haven't posted a 'response' ... also, if you try to post just a 'smiley' you have to also put a full stop or other character as well aotherwise the system again thinks you have 'no text' ...

    Blank messaged can't be posted.

Also, smileys don't count as a character.

BTW Kettering have had their winding up order rescinded. They raised £20,000 on just giving which paid some of the debts.

A right shame - see the police are investigating serious fraud there now.

Seems criminal that a club gets wound up over debts equating to what Wayne Rooney gets paid in a week.
You would have thought one of the mega-rich owners of the clubs in the Premier League would have stepped in, but do they give a **** about the grass roots of the beautiful game in this country?

The game has indeed gone mad; the current Cardiff situation possibly the most bonkers - the owner appointing a 23 year old mate of his son as Head of Recruitment! - the same guy was actually helping to paint the new stadium not that long ago - it would be difficult to make something so ludicrous up! Malky McKay has apparently gone from a 25/1 outsider at the beginning of the week to the 2/1 favourite to be the next PL manager casualty, as of this morning ... truly bonkers.

Kettering were wound up over a debt of £78,000. They have got the winding up order rescinded and are paying the debt.
Probably about 1/3 of what Rooney gets a week

    We've missed a trick here

Top should of bought Hinckley then signed loads of players and then transferred them free to Lcfc, 2 fingers up to ffp.

Not like another club hasn't done it ...........<confused>

Obviously I'm joking -we're in enough debt as it is!
