Now that I can agree on, my friends are fine and we have good nature piss taking but Saints fans you dont know will start giving it large if you are wearing any non saints attire. But only if they have just beaten you or they are in a higher division. I heard not one thing from them in all the years they were down in the Champ or L1. Its the one team town syndrome, I can have good talks with other london fans (obviously scum excluded) coming back on the train but never single team town fans for some reason.
I also live in Southampton and think they are a good addition to the EPL, good fan base and fills a hole in the area however I have also notice the change in attitude towards us since we have taken Harry in, I always return any anti Harry stuff with Harry's record stating the only team he has really failed with is Soton so was the problem the manager or the Club. Nothing against QPR at all . Just cannot abide Redknapp .
