    Nothing new in that article though is there? Other than the journo's opinion. I'd still take him back in a shot, he or Gervinho would please me no end then we can concentrate on getting a striker.

    Would much rather have the Zog than Gervinho, cheaper wages and proven in PL. Also he counts towards our home grown quota for when we get in the Champions League ;)

    Hes a good proven player and although theres history... its in the past and we need to look to the future. No one can say he would not improve our 1st team. He would provide a little bit of spark that we sometimes lack and we could alternate him and Guti so as to confuzzle the living daylights out of defenders.....

    £12 million is a bit steep but if he had not been a toon player beforehand we would all be saying YES YES YES!

    According to the Daily Star, He has rejected a move to Liverpool as he only wants to leave Wigan for Newcastle. Daily Star i know but if that isn't a coma and get me plea then I don't know what is. Ashley sign him up ,Asley Ashley sign him up!!!
