Well that's a bit of a joke, he's given an imaginary foul because of the heat the Swansea players gave him for giving an imaginary corner. An all-round refereeing ****-up.
The **** was that disallowed for? Guess it's fair given that it shouldn't have been a corner, but Mike Dean shouldn't really get credit for balancing out his awfulness.
Case of the referee trying to atone for the error of giving the corner in the first place I suspect. No foul there whatsoever.
Dean in particular, having sent Torres off the week before (after failing to send him off when he actually committed an offense).
