I could not stand the bloke when he was a player, when they said he was going to be a pundit I thought he would be the Man Utd version of Hanson and Lawro. To be fair to him he has been really good in this half. Said Giacc has been the best player on the pitch and generally has praised us when we have done good things. A big surprise as I thought it would be Man u this Man u that, when we did something good it would be because Man u made a mistake etc.... But no he has been very balanced so far, I hope he keeps it up. Take note BBC.
Unlike Gray and Keys on al Jazeera who reckon Man U will still win. Fortunately Peter Reid has struck the balance.
He's reinvented himself in quite remarkable fashion. I used to hate him and his 'half tash'... now I actually listen to him as he speaks sense.
He knows his stuff. Smart fella, wasted with those morons. He should get into coaching at club level sharpish.
His autobiography is a canny read. I agree about him being pretty unbiased, but............... He did say on the Evra handball that Evra slipped! He luckily slipped in just the right way to stop us breaking by the ball accidentally hitting his hand.
