The Roman empire fell as did (unfortunately), the British Empire and now in all probability we are witnessing the end of the Manchester United dynasty RIP
Anyone who thought things would just carry on as normal after Sir Alex left needs to get their heads out of the ****ing clouds. We've had the same manager for 26 YEARS. Anyone following him was always going to take quite a while to settle in. Give it time and have some ****ing patience! I honestly don't know what those who are ridiculously calling for Moyes to go already expect to happen. Who the **** else would come in? and do you really want us to become one of those clubs who sack their managers every few months? Pathetic.
We didn't expect to carry on like nothing had happened, but i think we all at least expected some respectability. Right now we're a joke.
Should be easy as we won it at a canter etc. etc. etc. etc. etc. etc. etc. etc... It was constant - until you started losing!!
As I have said before, there are far too many average players at Utd and those who were very good players are now past their best, this is why Moyes wanted at least 2 midfielders, Baines to replace Evra who couldn't defend a paper bag and Bale/Ronaldo (according to reports). Those in charge of transfer negotiations are to blame for the bad start and not Moyes P.S. Yes he inherited a squad who won the league easy last season, but that was the worse season in terms of quality since the inception of the Premier league.
When the **** did I say it would be easy? I argued with those who said that a side who had just walked to the title would go into terminal decline but a dip and a transitional period was always inevitable.
