Fixtures will get tougher from here. Most of our opponents so far are in the bottom half. Great stuff. Philips still to get fit. Chavy to soon start knocking them in and Ned back too, at some point. AJ and BZ?
I do love the result but hate the fact that I cannot follow the match via a stream. Anyway, still (nearly) top of the league and looking forward to stay there like 2011....
I found it impossible play with myself and keep a clean sheet, Eamon - the two things are simply not compatible.
I'm thinking that, our next 3 games, all away from home at Millwall, Burnley and Wigan, could well define our season. Take at least 4 or 5 points from those and we really could be on our way.
Millwall - 2 up today, collapsed Burnley - real test for our defence, go for a draw Wigan - should be doing much better than they are, but Coyle ain't no Martinez 7 points, but we may concede 1 or 2.
In early days of dating, my wife was always asking me if I had my raincoat on? "A nod's as good as a wink to a blind bat!" Funny comment on this sketch:- "For any non-British, English speaking persons who may be having difficulty understanding this. He's basically asking the guy if his wife is a freaky slut." Perhaps you guys need some of this? please log in to view this image please log in to view this image
Just got home from watching Norrköping lose 1-0 in the most boring game ever. Brilliant win and clean sheet. Hats off to Mr Green. We will stuff Millwall and then Burnley/Wigan will be two park-the-bus games. Two 0-0s would be nice.
