All good here cheers Dan, apart from the hex you put on my other 3 lol.

As much as I'd love to see Sizing win today, I can't back him, just feel as he will get beat

I hope so Oddy. It was courageous and very sporting to run him in the champion Chase last year rather than take the "easier" route (no disrespect Cue card fans) but really and truly they should now just try and get that one last festival victory.

Spot on Dan - Sprinter Sacre is unbeatable.

I was saying this to my mates who were talking about laying him this season. The only way he won't win is by not finishing. That wouldn't sit well with me as you're basically banking on a horse to fall.

If yiou haven't got 10k in your back pocket the only real bet worth having in any of his races is to find something else you like at a price and do the tote place or w/o SS bet.

QUEEN AVALON is interesting for Lucy Wadham in the first Fontwell bumper, she had a winner here yesterday and her only previous bumper runner here won.
In the second leg I cannot understand why SAFFRON WELLS is not a hot fav!

Great to see you posting Sizing! You picked the right day!

Evening all. Haven't caught any racing as other commitments- just wondered if we have a solid consensus on the ground at Longchamp.

    Read reports of soft going?

Also, I see Sizing Europe has won hasn't he? What a grand servant!

Didn't look overly testing to me Toppy - good-soft is what I'd go with, maybe soft in places. Right decision to pull The Fugue but shouldn't be a problem for any of the runners tomorrow I wouldn't think.

Sizing Europe was foot perfect and won a touch cosily. Hard to know what the performance merits this early but hopefully they'll be aiming him at the Ryanair <ok>

He'll be 12 in January and has been a grand servant to connections. I agree with you, should be aimed at the Ryan Air as he has next to no chance of beating Sprinter Sacre in the Champion. Sizing Europe vs Cue Card in the Ryan Air, both front runners and have no doubt Sizing would've won three seasons ago when he won the 2011 Queen Mother Champion Chase, but he'll be 12 when it's next year's Cheltenham Festival so I reckon Cue Card will win but I'll be cheering on Sizing Europe!

He has no chance of winning the RSA either. Simonsig will run in that and win.

    <doh> <doh> <doh> exacta paid 10.70 and I went for the straight win on Third Party <doh> <doh> <doh>

The perils of drinking whilst gambling - my rational argument for the forecast went out of the window after a couple of ales. Oh well, nil desperandum.
