I have no sympathy whatsoever for these arrogant, ignorant, aggressive pricks and their thuggish behaviour, RTID, only their innocent victims. It's all part of a wider societal problem that stems from a primordial soup of sub-standard parenting and a myriad other ingredients, resulting in individuals such as this.

True, add to this the indulgence they receive from the clubs, who run around after them like they are someone so special, and it's easy to see some of them think they can walk on water. Raheem Stirling is heading the same way...

Don't hold back, Uber, let it out mate! I sort of agree but still find it sad that such talent as maybe is also squandered. I felt the same about Elvis!!

Nile Ranger is the perfect example of that to me. Complete bell end destined for prison.

Its even worse in the US, players get paid to go to college (by gifts) and are given a pass on academic standards as long as they play sports.

Its no wonder 78% of NFL players are bankrupt within 2 years of retiring despite earning tens of millions. It really boggles the mind how stupid athletes can be and why the teams allow them to get away with it.

The lack of intelligence is why we havent had a youth player come through in at least a decade. Baidoo and German are perfect examples, one thinks hes a rapper once he gets his first contract and the other one refuses to clean boots as soon as he breaks into the first team and then theres Ray Jones...

The whole thing is pitiful. It seems to me that many of these Neanderthal ****heads like the chap in RTID's article have not had good male role models in their lives; somebody that can show them how to interpret the world around them and how to respond appropriately and with consideration for the impact they have on others. Without this, they pass into maturity (pah!) equipped only with an expectation that they must be respected at all times, and the slightest suggestion of being 'dissed' can only be met with hate and violence. You cannot change these people, you can only set about ensuring that subsequent generations are brought up respecting others and working hard to earn the respect of others. All we can do is put the dross that we have to contend with today somewhere where they can't do us harm. I personally don't care about their sob stories; they're feral, illiterate and a danger to those brought up with a modicum of civility. I only care about those whose tales of woe have not impacted upon their ability to become decent human beings. I wish the rest were made to leave the planet post haste.

still nowhere near as bad as the latest tory idea. Make the jobless work for free, the companies will then work out they can sack their workforce and then get the job done for nothing.

Result is the richer get richer while the poor end up as slaves and the number of unemployed increases dramatically.

    Thats sub human behaviour.

Makes him an idiot for doing it then, doesn't it? If he was using an illegal substance then it makes him even more of an idiot. If he's learned his lesson, then I hope it was humiliating, humbling and permanent. Would you like me to say any more on the subject?

This is the problem, Flyer. Because the Tories - and for the record, I did not vote for them at the last General Election - have outlined the basis of an idea whereby the long-term unemployed could be made to perform work for their benefits, left-wingers immediately assume all the stuff you've just written. From what I've read - and perhaps there's more, I don't know - the policy is aimed at those for whom remaining unemployed is their preferred state of being. In addition, the intention is to get them to pick up dog **** and clean graffiti. Sounds a bloody good idea to me.

There is a school of thought that working for an income can favourable impact upon self esteem.

If the plan is to create gangs of cheap labour out of those that genuinely want work but can't find it, and to offer these gangs to fat cat multi-nationals in order to enhance the bottom line and consequently their annual bonuses, then I'm right with you waving the red flag. But I don't think this is the case.

    Prepare to horrify me.

This is right, we must stop this something-for-nothing culture - the Tory cabinet have all worked for their millions after all. I have no problem with the unemployed being asked to perform social tasks in return for their benefits. The problem comes, as Flyer identifies, when they just become cheap labour for unscrupulous employers. I think the whole thrust of these Tory proposals is just vindictive.

What concerns me is that these cretins can breed another generation of morons and get to vote too.
