Joe Hart was one of the best keepers in the world a couple of seasons ago. I don't know whether that was just incredible form for an average keeper, or if he's off form now. Only time will tell... EDIT: Bodanski, in fairness this board is dead without him.
Yeah but lately he has had more poor games than good games. He used to have many average games (where he didn't have to do much), and many good games, and very very few bad games. Now those ratios have all changed, and the bad games come along a lot more often. To be fair it happens to all goalkeepers at some stage, it will be interesting to see how long it takes for him to be back to his best.
Mate your opinions dont offend me, its your reactions to everyone elses opinions that offend me. Dont worry about it though, If im ever in Wales I will buy you a pint.
Hodgson is taking a huge risk with him on current form. When hart is playing well he is a certainty on the team sheet. But if he repeats one or two of his recent clangers, England could be out of the WC. Has Hodgson got the balls anyway?
True but can be just as big a risk bringing in someone new ala Scott Carson v Croatia. Personally I'd keep faith with him for now - his mistakes are coming for City - and long may that continue - but he's been ok for England for the most part.
