Stu fella, any who are good enough for the first team squad obviously will be promoted fella, but players will obviously graduate the academy at a variety of different levels. What do you suggest we do with the graduates who don't quite cut it? Give them away? Or give them a pro contract and send them off on a loan to buy? No brainer mate. more waghorns are inevitable if you up your youth recruitment and will be profitable. but they'll also be a few more Hendersons then we've been getting and if we really hit the jackpot, a Rooney.

More stuff coming out of the club that I don't understand. Are they announcing, to the new manager, that he has no choice over what role Ball will have? I'm not sure how this all works but it seems a little premature and I can't see a need to announce it.
