Well french is recognized as our second language after arabic. so it's very used in the administrations and teaching learning process.. so it's almost like our third mother tongue after arabic and berber. well i've done my studies in english.. but here english is taught as a foreign language so the level is so so lol just information Belkalem is not Arabic he's berber.. just like me. i guess you speak French?
