I was leaning on a goalpost in the corner of a goalmouth when a certain Mr Sturridge headed the ball by.

Sebastian Larrson can't be bothered to move, oh me, oh my.

Not bad but he handled the ball by rather than headed :)

Other than arguing with the ref at every possible opportunity, Seb is unnoticeable on the pitch

    I would rather select Vaughan - and he's ****e

He's just garbage not a scapegoat. He hides behind opposition players bottles 80/20 challenges and marks thin air and just waves his arms around. When he's playing centrally we are basically playing with ten men. I hope I never see him in a Sunderland shirt again. He's not the only one either.

If he is to be played, it should only be on the right of midfield. Even then I would put another 3 or 4 players in front of him in this position.

As a centre midfielder he is useless - I agree we may as well play with 10 men.

I think the only things he gives to the team from that position is he takes 1 in 10 decent set pieces and argues with the referee. He doesn't score enough goals (1 last season ffs), doesn't create chances, can't tackle is slower than Gareth Barry and is weak as piss.

And the attempt at clearer the ball on Sunday was embarrassing.

    erm... apart from that?

So why does he keep appearing on the team sheet? Genuine question btw as I really can`t think of an answer.

Yes you are of course correct. Makes you wonder why no one appealed as well that seemed very odd.

Yes but they are good players, most of our players are **** who elicit groans when the team are announced. It would be lovely to have players like that but we have the likes of Larrson, oshea, cuellar, westwood, johnson, ji, whickham. You don't realise how bad these players are but the likes of johnson he is just a poor man's liam lawrence. In fact theres another song. ADAm adam johnson 10 million pound we paid for a poor mans liam lawrence 9can't think of tune though)
