Well, Bally's in charge and has a chance to play his own style, but has he really grapsed the bull by the horns ? I thought he might really shake the 1st XI lineup more than he has !!

Now in 1995 Sir Alex played no fewer than 7 aged 21 or Under in a 3-0 win v Bolton

Hows about an experimental team (average age 23 ) v an ageing Man Utd defence: As everyone reckons we are gonna get beat by 3 goals again anyhow !!!

    Manone (25)

    Celutska (24) Roberge (26) Diakite (26) Colback (23)

    Cattermole (25)

    BA (20) Ki (24)

    Karlsson (19) Altidore (23) Mavrias (19)

i wouldnt mind that squad but theres no way you can drop giacc after his performance at the weekend.

looking at how shakey man utd defence was against west brom that forward line could cause them some problems.

i will be well pissed off at the weekend if i see jos and cueller anywhere near the starting 11

That's what I thought, a bit of pace up front, Altidore to hold up and lay off either side. The legs of Man U's back 4 (well 3 !! ) are quickly showing their age and creaking. I doubt they will finish in the Top 4 this season from what I have seen thus far. Refreshingly so too.

Do I fancy 3 points at the weekend? Stranger things have happened recently

Well I am applauding Mr Clattermole for the way he has bounced back from adversity. He easily stands out from the crowd for the effort and zeal shown on matchdays. Haul JOS off for a spell and reward Catts with the Capns armband ........ (at least until the next Red Card comes along ;-) )

I don't mind O'Shea when he's alongside someone (ANYONE) other than Cuellar - the two of them have the turning circle of the QE II and the tope speed of a snail - he needs Roberge or Diakite alongside him and he looks a far better player as they both have a little pace (a lot more than O'Shea) - but Cuellar would be a sub at best!! Just wish Brown was fit. I reckon (and also think this will persuade people that Bally is not the man) - he will play the same defence again this weekend.

    Presonallyu I'd rather have:

    Celutska -------- O'Shea ------- Diakite ------- Colback

    But reckon he'll play:

    Gardner ------- O'Shea --------- Cuellar ------- Colback

    Hope not though!

Smalling, Evans, Buttner and Rafael lined up to start our Carling Cup match against The Bindippers, average age 23 vs Liverpool's strongest available 11 (including the best strike force in the league according to Rodgers).

Rio was brought in and Jones shifted to RB for the game against WBA (amongst other selection head scratchers) and Rio had an absolute nightmare, he looks finished. If he starts against you or any team for that matter, I'm very worried, especially if Jones is playing at RB instead of in front of the back four.

I'd be all in favour of 25's and under match though, think that would be good right now considering we're both struggling!

Terry, what of the rumours about Zaha shagging Moyes daughter, any truth?

Well, I would...although I'd probably avoid anything long term with her considering how her old boy has turned out, you wouldn't wanna wake up one morning and she'd all of a sudden started to look like him would you? It's not a risk worth investing in. There's no smoke without fire is there? I think the media will probably make it sound worse even if it is true, they could just be dating like young regular kids would, I mean he could be a good kid like Alex Oxlade Chamberlain and that wouldn't be so bad. He did show up for his medical at United wearing a t-shirt with Imogen Thomas' face on it though, so he might just be that stupid and he's just porked her and ran off.

Be a shame if he's going to get shunned though, looks bright enough but I think Januzaj is showing more promise than him at the minute.
