1. City 2. Arsenal 3. Chelsea 4. Spurs Think we will finish 5th which is an improvement i guess. United, Everton and Swansea to battle for 6th and 7th
It's very wide open this season - funnily enough, I think Arsenal and Spurs are more certain of a top 4 spot than Chelsea, Man City and Utd. Reason I say this is because of the stability of the clubs and the latter 3 clubs have new managers.
city arsenal chavs utd spurs Liverpool even after our good start and the fact utd look a shower of **** at the moment I still think we are a bit shy of top 4 this year. but let's see who we can get in in January and who we can keep (suarez) and I'll have another guess.
I think if keep our first 11 fit, then we do have a good chance. We don't have many cup games this season so I don't see us having to rotate our squad often. Central midfield is a concern and I hope this rectified in January. If we can do this and we're still in the mix at the time, we can really push on.
I think a top class CM is top of the committees list in Jan, we missed out on that markahakrtaan guy and didn't even go for eriksson which I can't work out apart from it would've consigned joe Allen to very little football. spurs could replace utd in my list, they look very good considering the amount of new players brought in. but utd will go on a good run im sure, Chelsea and city are top 4 all day imo and arsenal have like us had a decent and unexpected start so far. just can't see it for us this year tbh.
lol what? why has a ban been requested to me? dont be so sensitive luvgonzo im sure youre a grown man
I am going predict as follow at the end of the season: Chelsea Arsenal Tottenham Liverpool Manchester City Manchester United. The two Manchester clubs out of the top four.
I think we need a CM and a DM - Lucas isn't the type of DM we need in our system and Gerrard is getting older and I personally don't think that this position is suited to him. Mkhityran would have been a fantastic signing and would have been Gerrard's long term replacement. Last time I checked, he's doing very well at Dortmund. Eriksen is a funny one - Rodgers wanted to add more goals to the midfield. Eriksen is not a goal scoring midfielder and his progress has somewhat stagnated over the past few years at Ajax. Whilst he still show glimpses of top quality, he has a tendency to go missing in games. In addition, bringing him meant that only he or Coutinho would have started, or forcing one of them on the wing which isn't their best positions. No one could have forseen the injury to Coutinho. Having said all that, £10m is such a good price to have taken the risk.
