Monaco, Tokyo, Douglas, Ulan Bator, Dublin, Nicosia, Rome, and Oslo As I said before lamby, concentrate on the capitals....(should be easy now)
I must admit I was surprised when you didn't lamby, you must be getting hypoxia in the rarified atmosphere in the upper reaches of the Premiership
Dragons Milk gives the game away - they have to be names for Ales (drinking water those days was just too dangerous) (I just happened to be at Burghley House yesterday, the finest Elizabethan House in the Country, and that Ale name happened to be mentioned, pure coincidence)
Italy. Only won to have won the World cup I presume there is a much more difficult answer that you are looking for OPP
I would have said Bulgaria as (I think) it's the only one that doesn't have a Mediterranean coastline (showing my ignorance). However as Italy is the correct answer I'll guess it's because all the others border each other but Italy doesn't
I set the question Minxy so I should know the answer. Italy is the odd one out because the other 3 form a part of a specific geographic region, it is the name of that region which is the answer to the second part. (That should just about give it away)
I agree you should know but Bulgaria is the only one I haven't visited & the only one that is a womble
