    What was Jose smoking? Stupid not having the services of Lukaku for the season at Chelsea. He's exactly what they lack, he had been out on loan and given little chance before being shipped out again. Against Spurs Chelsea certainly could have used him.

    What the hell happened to Krul? He was brilliant when Newcastle finished 5th in 2011/12.

    Seems like its going to be another long season for Newcastle. On paper their team looks like it should be a really good one and that they should at least be competing for the Europa league spots but they are absolutely dire. Their players have no heart or desire, they're all terrible poor.

    Most fans spent all year telling Newcastle fans that their form wouldn't last all season and it actually did to their credit and they were quite smug about that. I bet they aren't so smug now <ok>
