It's not funny yet, but it will be when we beat Chelsea and the Hughton out brigade go into full meltdown.
You would then need 1 thread for either the happy clappers or 1 for happy clappers and 1 for not happy clappers but not also anti-Hughton brigade whereby everyone who remains in their own camp. Embrace the possibility
I'm taking this opportunity to resurrect the NCFC fan spectrum! Happy Clapper ^ Staunch Hoolahanist ^ Prudence-monger ^ Hughton Sceptic ^ Lambert Nostalgist ^ Hughton Basher ^ Pink 'un Dweller ^ Pant Wetter
Overall a big well done on a very important result. First half or most of it we were very good. Good with the ball until the final third, but really great without it. I think a large part of this was CH's team selection, at last! I have wanted that midfield since game 2 after Fer had served his suspension. Obviously Tettey or Johnson are reasonably interchangeable but no matter what oposition I hope CH has learnt now that no matter what the oponents the 2 of them together does not work and leaves to little threat or cohesion from us. Arguably Snoddy should have been dropped for his ongoing form struggles and that penalty but in redmonds absence CH had little option. Lets just hope that Snoddy can keep improving game by game because he is very important to us. The back 4 were great and it was very reassuring that with Bass out we didn't for once look considerably weaker. The opo were truely terrible on the day but they can only play the threat presented and they coped admirably. We still looked pretty poor for one half of a match, not under great threat, but we still seemed to start to lose the ball more easily and carried little threat. RvW whilst working hard, still looks like a square peg in a round hole in this team and once aagin must have been very frustrated. He was kicked all over the britannia from the word go and had little to no service again. As others have suggested I think it may be a week for his toe injury to flair up and get hooper a start. Next 2 games are again of the anything we get is a bonus. So I'd like to see Hooper get a start but otherwise lets get sundays team playing together and developing further understanding. If as the mirror man and others have said CH was under threat (I thought he'd get to at least the cardiff game) he will have certainly earnt himself a reprieve. It was better yesterday and there was further evidence of progress. Some of the same problems however remain, we still created little by way of good chances and this means we should all be a bit cautious of starting to herald any great progress yet. To sum things up Whoohoo, we scored and we won and all away from home! Bah!
a norwich 'fan' basically hoping we lose. not a fan as far as i'm concerned. you're on the ignore list
Haha nice one. I'd put myself in the Hoolanist or Fox appreciation society, I'll admit I've had my fair share of disagreements with the prudence mongers they remind of Neil Doncasters and people who argue over being overcharged 10 pence.
Go back and have a look at the twitter and Facebook goal updates of the Watford game when Watford went 1 and 2 up. There are norwich fans celebrating watfords goals. There is an element of our support that has lost its goddam mind in the prem it's really sad.
Celebrating opposition goals thats mad. Fabs are well in their rights though to pissed off when we concede or play badly, in my case it's the players who tend to piss me off more then the manager.
Absolutely correct. You can never want your team to lose, whatever the agenda. All norwich fans at the end of the day
