Fergie was so good. Or, more to the point, Fergie was so good at making a squad of players that had just taken a 4-1 tumping from their closest rivals believe in themselves again. If Man Utd had had any other manager this would have happened after they took that 6-1 mauling a couple of years ago. It was bound to be tough to bounce back less than 7 days after what happened last Sunday. Give Moyes a chance, it wasnt called the imposible job for nothing.
SAF was good, but good at doing it in a way no other manager could. Under SAF I reckon we could well have played just as poorly, but we'd have snatched a result at the death and no one would have batted an eyelid. Problem is that Moyes, and for that matter no other manager, is as good at getting late results, and results when the team hasn't really played well or deserved to win. Moyes is going to have to find his own way to get results, which is going to take some time.
You're so easy to wind up you give it ( most recent example of gloating about us drawing with spurs on their board ) but can't take it
For ****s sake matth wind your neck in. You give it when either Liverpool or Chelsea lose. Either stop doing it or accept it when we lose. Without telling everyone to **** off. It's really dull. I suspect we are going to lose a lot this year..
