    He is gradually making progress with that side. They try and play football the right way and have some really good young players. Seems so, so harsh on the guy.

    Derby fans talking about their weak financial situation as well (making it even more silly to sack their manager). Don't think they would be able to take us to the cleaners, if Poch decides he is his type of player.

    Just read about Derby sacking Nigel Clough. Bloody ridiculous, in my opinion. He may not have his late father's special one quality, but he's a perfectly capable manager doing the best with what he's got to work with. I don't see Derby County lighting any fires soon. Don't tell me they want Paolo Di Canio..? Actually, he'd be more like Nigel's Dad..! :)

    Great, more deluded owners with their head so far up their arse that they can see out the other side. Portsmouth may generally be ****e, but at least we show some loyalty to our managers.

    Eventually we'll have to stop getting relegated.

    Let's hope that point occurs before the Southern League Premier Division. Our stadium would have about ten times the capacity of most other stadiums in that league though.

    We got relegated again in my current version of football manager. I was playing as Forest Green and beat Pompey 2-1 at Fratton Park in the second game of the season in the Conference National. Most unsatisfying win ever.

    Tbf, I quite enjoyed the Southern League when Farnborough were in it. And the Conference South is a pretty decent league too, very competitive.
