Well done to team. Lost our shape at the end but it's great result. We're 7th! 3 points above United lol. Another 30 points out of 32 games and we'll be safe.

By the way, anyone want to guess which team now has more points than Manchester United?

We're no mugs this time round. We got a lot of luck today but we're creating plenty chances, we're worthy of our place in this league.

Definitely lucky to get the full 3 points but we should have had 3 against Cardiff so it evens out. Villa will be a huge test next week and Brady probably should be rested in place of Quinn/Boyd to let him have his hernia op this week and get the extra time to recuperate.

Fortunate Livermore's elbow didn't result in a pen, West Ham won the second half but it was a dogged defence & great effort from Faye & Davies. Front players need to look up sometimes and play and early pass, Elmo & Aluko were guilty of overdoing it.

    Excellent 3 points however

Great 3 points but the ref did help us today.

I honestly don't know why acouple on here have got on Grahams back today. "Playing with 10 men' WTF ha ha!! Yeah he really needs a goal theres no denying that but all in all i thought he played well today and the reception he got when he left the pitch would suggest that.

I think the ref gave it as he saw it! They were constantly in his ear whinging all through the game! It was a pen all day long! I did smile when we played a bit of handball on our line though :)

No idea what Graham did wrong today got in the right positions, worked his socks off nothing really for him to take today. Held it up well to.

Great win, you make your own luck in life. After the decisions we have had in the past year or so looking back to games last year with penalties against us glad we got a bit of luck. Its good to see we win when not playing well. Great start lets hope we can keep it up, some hard games coming up away from home mind.

Agree completely. Nick should have been on the bench. Although on Wednesday thought Sagbo looked the better of the pair. Today though Sagbo did not contribute anything.

I dont think we can take to much from Sagbo not contributing much today. Even the announcer said that he was just put in because of his height as we needed to win some headers at the end of the game.

I thought Graham did ok. My comment about his first half performance wasnt directed at him as much as I thought we were not bringing him into the play offensively. He had touches but when he gave the ball back it was not returned. How else do you have 11 touches create no chances and have no shots. The ball was just not coming back to him. He had a couple half chances in the 2nd half. I dont think he played poorly and his work rate helps the team to no end.

Sky reporter gave good performance marks for City players today. Looked at the ratings for the other games and the marks handed out where nowhere near what the City players got on average (at least at first glance). Of course different reporters at each game. Four players with a rating of 8. Brady, Huddlestone, Davies, Faye.

    McGregor
Did what he had to well
    7

    Rosenior
Pushed back a few times, but not bad
    6

    Faye
Man mountain, didn't put a foot wrong
    8

    Davies
    Led by example, very good
    8

    Figueroa
Solid and dealt with wingers well
    7

    Elmohamady
Did well, up and down the right
    7

    Huddlestone
    Top performance, passing outstanding
    8

    Livermore
Was busy and looked to get into both boxes
    7

    Brady Off '80
Looks a Premier League player and a class act
    8

    Aluko Off '89
Worked hard but little came off
    6

    Graham Off '71
Struggled to get into the game
    5

    Meyler On '80
    Tried to shore up midfield
    5

    Boyd On '89
    Came on very late
    4

    Sagbo On '71
    Tried hard
