You'd be better off sticking to what you normally eat. Changing what you eat will change your metabolism. If you eat what you always have it will stay the same and will be easier to shift once you start running etc again PS...it tasty immense too PPS...maybe a chinese tomorrow
Pizza or kebab, not a pizza kebab! Although ive been tempted........... My fave flavour is hot vegeterian special (chillies, sweetcorn, pineapple, peppers, onion etc) but spicy beef and chicken tikka instead of the mushrooms on it
They are tempting but they aren't great either, bit sickly if anything and I'm very much a 'meat on everything' kind of guy too I usually get Mushrooms, Onions and a meat or two, often spicy stuff just to piss my bowels off
IBS? Ive got this amazing hot sauce. My mate grows red hot chillies he orders off internet as well We had a spicy challenge hot dog challenge one night round at his which was great, but v hot! I like spicy, when I was younger never bothered me as much but now im older I pay for it more the next day
Yep, its pain in the arse I love spicy food but I reckon I killed my bowels when I was younger. I was the type that went in a curry house and didn't look at the menu..."hottest you have in chicken please"
Yeah you can get some v hot curries! But I was the same, couldnt be hot enough when I was younger but reigned it in a bit now I can imagine kebab pizzas being sickly, would have to tackle one after a few jars I saw an ad for Domino's I think where the stuff crust has hotdogs in! Would like to try mmmmmmm
Zorbas (kebab shop) near me do a Zorbas pizza which includes spicy beef, pepperoni onions and Donner kebab. It's ****ing too notch FYI - Chinese food is the ****in bomb. Best takeaway ever
