No problem, but I'm bored and given to random speculation. Hypotheses:

- this lad is chronically shy and can't bring himself to post
- this lad has literally nothing to say and can only express himself at one remove
- this lad hasn't learned how to post yet
- this lad is actually one of you buggers with an extra account and absolutely no life having some surreptitious fun
- its Cerny

In all scenarios (and any others I've yet to think up) except the last one, as long as you're a QPR fan you'll be fine. And you can't make a bigger fool of yourself than the rest of us do with astonishing consistency.

He is on a life time site ban for appalling behaviour on the Swansea board.

Anyone who the supermod has sufficient grounds for suspecting is a re-incarnation of Cerny will also be on a life time ban.

I'm not playing any games Swords, but I'm getting worried about your memory which is normally so good.

Cerny was banned on 24th April, you were still here until 12th May. Maybe it is you trying to play games.

 

No games here mate. I thought he was just banned for a couple of weeks and he hadn't returned of his own accord.

This development does worry me though. The office which you now hold Roller, has certain responsibilities attached to it. One of those is an obligation to help Board members, whoever they may be and regardless of past misdemeanors, to improve their contributions on here and facilitate the rehabilitation of those individuals to become positive, productive members of the Forum and indeed the Site as a whole.

One of Brix' biggest assets when he held that office was his willingness - after a suitable sentence had been served - to forgive the offender and offer guidance and support in their attempts to reform and become valued members of this online community. Indeed it was these very efforts that brought Cerny back in from the wilderness before and he responded in kind by communicating with everyone in an agreeable and constructive manner for many months on this Board. I fear that your hardline stance with him now will undo all the good work done by your predecessor in reforming that character and allowing him fully integrate into this cyber-society.

Are we to cast everyone who has made mistakes out into the cold where they become outcasts with nothing but bitterness and resentment brewing inside? Are we to just wash our hands of them and let them become someone else's problem? God knows how many Forums he's been on since, taking his anger out on an unsuspecting public all because we just gave up on him. The man has been banned for five months now. Surely he's served his sentence? Are you all so perfect so as not to have sinned?

Roller, just what exactly is your Modus Operandi?

I suggest you scroll back through the Swans board and re-acquaint your self with the way he attacked one of the swans mods......He is the only poster i have put on ignore. We have a cracking good board here with good decent people as mods....there are no hidden agendas.....stop digging....

He also broke his ban to aim something equally malicious at the same guy (while remorselessly blaming the mods).

If he ever came back, our board would be despised by many, including some of our own posters. You certainly wouldn't see me again.

I find some of your melodramatic posts on injustice amusing but, in this instance, you've backed the indefensible.

 

Swords, most of us recognize how much you enjoy sparring and verbally jousting on topics, but I do not believe that this one is a "just" cause, to now rally around, so you're being a bit of a........

Looking at Kilburn's interesting post on the "...Parent" thread suggests that this poster referring to himself as 'Harry Roberts' could very well tell you all you need to know about this particular individual.
