In years gone by this would have been a 'Home Banker' and an easy 3 points... Thank you, turn the lights off! Next!

I still remember that final home game of the 1992 season when Town under John Lyall dismissed Brighton to send them down and at the same time confirm our position as League Champions! My god! How far we have sunk over the last decade to the point when now we are nervy about getting even a draw against the likes of Brighton!

It pains me but I can't see us getting anything tomorrow apart from a right good tonking!

    Town 0 Brighton 3

Brighton are definately a good team but Im not sure they are quite at the levels of last season. Dont see it being as heavy as 3-0 but Im not expecting a positive result.

They were in my opinion the best team to play at Portman Road last season (Watford were another) but I think we've improved and they haven't hit the straps yet this season.

1-1 and another frustrating afternoon in front of goal

Did any one on here take part in the pitch invasion at the end of that match or indeed the one at Oxford away?

4-3 to Town. Brighton's goalie sent off after half an hour for handling outside the area. No sub goalie on the bench. Madness ensues and Town come back from 3-0 down.

I brought a copy of next Monday's Ipswich Star back from my trip in a De Lorean.

I did, a fantastic day in the town, brighton fans were superb considering their position.

I really hope we beat them as I hate those bastards... I have to work with some Brighton fans and they are the most obnoxious pricks this side of Christendom! <ok>

Yeah , I used to love the end of season pitch invasions , which year did the last one happen ?

Don't fancy us to get a win today , going for a nil nil.

I like to think we are always favourites when we play at home, although I agree Brighton are a good team. I'm going for 1-0, Hyam to score on 72mins.
