If this is so then seriously, what is wrong with our training methods and/or physio team? Crazy.

How can it be the fault of the club if a player gets injured during a match ?

Flamini got injured before the match. Just like Arteta, just like Vermaelen...Questions do need to be asked about our medical team, and training methods, the amount of injuries we're getting is not just down to bad luck, every team gets injuries, but I don't see another team at the moment losing so many key players on a consistent weekly basis.

I think you are making way too much of this. We tend to push our players quite hard physically, and play a very high-tempo game. I don't think we lose many more players to the short term stuff than any other team, but our problem has been with the long term stuff. Diaby, Broken bones, back problems, etc. That statistically pushes us up into the high numbers. Walcott's current problem has been long term, something he has been carrying for a while.

We do seem to get more injuries EVERY year than most other clubs. Now obviously leg breaks from Stoke thugs cannot be avoided, but the questions remain as to why we get so many injuries. Is it the type of game we play. Is it our training regime? Do we play players who are 'on the edge' too often? Our our medical staff inept? Do we simply buy crocks?

The other question is why do our players pick up inoxuous injuries that then turn out to be long term? Diaby aside, Rosicky, Wilshere et al were never meant to have been shorter term injuries. Although with Rosicky, I have heard that he had a cocaine problem and the club kept him out until he had it sorted.

Depends on the Sp*rs/Chelsea result for me. If either side win that match, only a win will realistically do. A draw is OK if it means we're still top. Ideally only a win will do in my book.

Ecstatic if we win obviously but a draw wouldn't be too shabby for both clubs , looking forward to hopefully an entertaining game

If you don't know the answer to your question why do you assume the club are to blame for player's injuries ?

As you guys were beaten by both Spurs and United, I think it's vital Arsenal also get three points. It's one of the hardest fixtures in the league though.

I agree. Walcott injured himself before the match as well. Diaby was injured in training (but that does not surprise me , this guy can injure himself sleeping in his bed) But Walcott - how on earth can you damage your abdominal muscle during a warm-up ??? the only answer is - he does not know his body, he does not know how to warm up safely, he has not been taught a proper warm-up routine.. How can a professional sportman damage his abdominal muscle under 100% controlled conditions??

Isn't Walcotts injury a reccurence of an old problem? In which case your entire post is just total ****.

The point is fair but did you need to be so harsh?

With the spurs match going the way it is, we need all 3 points to stay top. Ideally Chelsea will get a goal back, that way we're still top if we draw.
