I fancy us to win if we play our strongest team, won't be easy but was hoping for a bit more glamour, I'm sure fulham think the same
to be fair at least it is at home and will provide us with an excellent benchmark of an average Premiership side. Good chance to progess
Or their reserve team. Crap draw for us as well, we might feel the need to play a strong team now we're playing Tottenham.
We have played them a few times recently Drew 2-2 with Patrick Kisnorbo and a last minute equaliser from Danny Cadamarteri Lost the replay 4-3 with Matty Fryatt, Gareth McAuley and James Wesolowski scoring When we last played them in the league cup we lost 3-2 with Paul Dickov and Andy King scoring
Spurs reserves are a fair way ahead of ours, so I suspect we're screwed. An away cup game in London, just a few days before we play them in the league, it's the worst possible draw for us.
Jan 2000, 3-3 aet, we won on penalties. Personally, they are the only team I didn't want , being married to a Fulham fan. Desperate to win this one now
I think this is very winnable ... they are quite an 'experienced' team and I think the pace we have in the team will trouble them ...
good draw. hard but gives us a chance. You want to get to the last 8 and then you realise what could be
i'm happy with the draw - very much a winnable game. they will think the same thing so will come to win which might work in our favour. lets put our best 11 out and give it everything! I believe.
they've got man utd the weekend after and we've got Watford away.......wonder if that will affect selections
Thats probably worse for us, they won't be expecting anything from Man U, whereas we will prob want the draw to stop Watford going above us.
Hmmm ... am I reading this wrong or are you really saying that playing Man United is 'easier' than playing Watford?
