Anyone seen today's Sun? Elmo in the Team of the Week, whilst Remy gets a rating of 8 to Aluko's 9 and still finds himself in it ahead of him. What a pile of **** that rag is.

Didn't think Elmo was that special yesterday; Aluko, Brady, Davies, Hudds, Livermore, Rosenior, Chester, Quinn and Boyd would have been above him on my list. Hopefully we see him at RM soon where he can thrive

Remember, it is a team of the week - he might not have been our best player, but he can be the best RB of the week.

Yeah I know but there must surely have been a better RB somewhere, I felt he was partially at fault for Remy's first and there was a lot of space down our right for much of the game, he also didn't offer too much going forward.

I doubt whoever does the rating actually watches the game ... How does Chester get a 5??? Unbelievable !!!

Chester was partially at fault for both their goals, I'd give him 5.

Elmo played in defence and scored, that's why he's in the team of the week. Do people not realise this is how it's picked yet ...

Huddlestone - terrific throughout, key player in midfield brilliantly supported by Quinn and Livermore.
    Davies - great defensive display.
Brady - good goal, excellent cross for the second goal and a constant threat down the left.

Tremendous performances across the board (including subs.) Aluko's goal was fabulous and his ball for Brady's opener was excellent - he also provided one or two brilliant touches.

    Davies
    Aluko
    Chester

So hard to leave people out this week! A stunning win, amazing day. Fantastic atmosphere from one set of fans..Livermore, Huddlestone, Davies, and even though what some people think, Graham are all terrific signings. Get Livermore snapped up on a permanent because that lad is a workhorse!

Credit to Graham for sticking at it again, he was excellent. That save from Krul just summed up his luck, it's coming though the goal is coming! Boyd, Sagbo and Meyler all did a job coming on too, gutted for Chezzy, him and Davies are some partnership.

Aluko- played well and his goal was class
Brady- constant threat for their right back, who didn't deal with him at all
Rosey- kept Ben Arfa quiet. Good little run down the line to start the move that lead to Aluko's goal.

Davies and Elmo where both far more at fault for the first goal than Chester, i would also say whoever was meant to drop in to cover Davies was far more at fault for the first. The second one is pure luck, Every defender would of done what Chester did, but admittedly he did lead to the goal.

    Final result:

    Aluko
    Davies
Rosenior (he got the same votes as Brady, but Brady got 2 firsts and Rosie 5 so Rosenior gets the point)

Did the guy on the top right suffer from B.O. everyone appears to have stayed well away from him?

I'm not sure what was up with him, I took junior and his mate and there were a few of his other schoolmates next to us and he was one of them, but none of them spoke to him.

I can only assume that you're right and he has personal hygiene issues. <ok>
