A great shame as I have a lot of friends in Nottingham having spent four very happy years there. Another year.
That is a terrible time to move the game to, on boxing day evening! I am sure Sky normally cover a couple of games of boxing day but normally keep them at decent times like 1.30/4
3.00 on Boxing Day afternoon was perfect for me - less than an hour's drive, back with plenty of time for festivities. Another fine tradition ****ed over by money.
Well, the Sheriff got rather angry at my persistent abbreviating of Nottingham to Notts instead of Nott'm. Sounds like an innocent mistake, but it sure gets them angry.

Dont come over here mate... Thats 4:30 am the following morning for us......!..boll**ks! What at ridiculous time to play a game on Boxing Day!
Lots of folk having a dig at SKY and their filthy lucre, but remember it is their money we will be relying on upon our return to the promised land next season, as it is their money currently paying our parachute payments from the premier league. Having said that it is an absolutely stupid decision to move the game to that time on a boxing day and having said that i certainly would'nt want to go to Nottingham on a Boxing day night even though i live about 1/2 hours drive from the city ground, as at night Nottingham is not the friendliest of places for an out of town accent to be heard and i talk from recent experience having had the delights of said city on a recent trip to see Mrs Browns boys live and going into a pub with the wife and friends after the show and meeting some of the local neanderthals when they heard my London accent, NOT A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE !!!!!!!!! And certainly not one i would want to experience again so soon especially when said neanderthalls are tanked up on a boxing day binge as is most young folks want these days.
the club should give these tickets away for free. its terrible that sky can do this and the club have said yes to it. did we not have this problem with Swansea a few years ago
Gonna be hilarious in my household. Only my nephew likes footy (raised him as a hoops fan - poor sod), meaning that pretty much everyone else will be wanting to watch the usual crap on TV. Two hopes. Bob and none.
Are you sure Queens? will there be 2 hours diff between you and I? By my reckoning that's a 6.30am kick off in Melbourne. I will be up and watching - albeit probably a little dusty given I'll have spent Aussie Boxing Day at the G, on the lash all day with members of the Barmy Army. Have to say it'll work for me, just like the Chelsea game last year - great memories of watching that game and texting my son and his mate who were at the game AND unhappy... URsssss
