All very true. Looks like we might be facing a weaker Villa side tonight and I expect AVB will play a weaker line up then I'd have liked too. If we get through to the next round though all will be forgiven.
And Agbonlahor apparently. Takes most of their threat away. We shouldn't weaken too much, as we have top players needing a game - Lamela, Sandro, Defoe, Holtby, Chiriches, Kaboul (hopefully). Any team with those players in should be competitive. And if Lennon is fit, then it could be a really top side.
Well, I've read that Bentaleb (spelling?) is in the squad, so that cheers me up. Here's hoping some more yoof are too. AVB must stick to his word and not play any starter from the Cardiff game. Friedel, Ward/Ball/other 'yoof', Kaboul/yoof, Vlad, Fryer; Holtby, Sandro, Lamela, Kane, Chadli/yoof, Defoe/yoof.
I don't mind Naughton starting, as long as it's at right-back. Maybe have Stewart on the bench to replace him in the second half, if things are going well or he's flagging?
I can see the benefit of playing Naughton, but AVB must stick to his position. We're short of full backs, we need Naughton to be ready for Chelsea or the EL or whatever. Three games in 5 days is way too much to ask of a player. Let Kyle have a rest.
depends how long Rose is out for. If he is expected back for Chelsea then Naughton can play tonight and be bench on saturday. I would also not be unhappy if we switched Verts to LB after Naughton's performance vs Cardiff
Not sure Lambert is too interested in this, I think any plans for this comp are in the bin, he's already prioritised Saturday, and not surprisingly you have to say. http://www.expressandstar.com/sport...tian-benteke-could-return-for-man-city-visit/ ...I've chose this one, as there's more quotes from the man himself, others I've read are more concise.
Past experience says no. But this is 2013 and 21 bedroom broadcasters streamed our last game, so keep your fingers crossed. There may be posts on the WiziWig forums stating broadcast intentions - I can't risk checking at the moment.
The last few seasons have proved no, its the hardest comp to view, the early rounds are anyway, dunno why, just is. You'll get a few sites that say it is, but don't waste your time...they lie!
firstrowsports.eu is BLOCKED BY COURT ORDER in the UK http://188.95.48.110/ gets you there today. There's no listing for our game. EDIT: I lied http://188.95.48.110/watch/209901/1/watch-aston-villa-vs-tottenham-hotspur.html
