Wow, after reading through this I see that one person isn't very popular at all. I didn't know there was this strength of feeling against him.

 

I'm not having a pop a Dai, just like this retro feeling. It sounds very 70's - 'the groovy gang'
I think many here are pleased he's gone as he did tend to derail threads all the time but I have him on ignore anyway.

Just enjoying the heady thrill of being in the groovy gang!

tbh Dai does not bother me, I just ignore the comments I think are silly and respond to the ones I don't, but even you Vetch must agree that he does sprout some crap sometimes

Dai get personal with name calling. He does it to more than one person.
In turn, more than one person retailiates.
Its not bullying, hes just pissed enough people off to have them retaliate to his abuse.

swan, this Dai thing has been going on for years.
Who knows,or cares,where the first "personal name calling" came from.
Look, he even had a go at me -once. He didn't feel obliged to repeat the exercise.
The inescapable fact is that he has been targetted for doing what many others have done to him.
He has also been insulted,and name called,as you put it,but only he is singled out for special treatment.
Sometimes he has been his own worst enemy,but when you put an animal,human or otherwise, into a corner then don't be surprised if it lashes out.
This Forum contains too many bullies,and they have had their wish.
He has seemingly gone.
But I tell you what,they'll still continue to deride him,even in his absence,for that's the nature of the beast.
