Bolton's Chung-Yong Lee according to the Daily Star. Very good player, wonder if the injury to Koren has pushed this, as we are short of a bit of wide cover.

Always impressed with him when I've seen him play. Maybe the name change has made this possible? <whistle>

Decent player. Though I do think we should be targeting strikers rather than midfielders, though he would be a good signing.

Why would Koren's injury impact on it? He'll be back by the time we can sign anyone.

    Or am I missing something?

Maybe a long term replacement for Koren? How old is Chung-Yong Lee?

Not really seen too much of him.

There are other areas we need to address as well- strikers. Some of the defenders are picking up unfortunate injuries and there's not alot of decent options as cover.

Yeah my thinking was that Koren is approaching the age where he's going to have less of an impact on games. Lee is an attack minded midfielder who can play anywhere across the park, so he has Koren's flexibility. I think he'd be a decent little signing if Bolton didn't want too much for him.

I'm guessing Tickles will come on telling us how broke Bolton are...

    To which club he belongs?
Pardon me if the question is wrong.

To me, you seem a little short on the left flank.

You've only really got Brady (who has really stepped up by the way) on that flank.

Signing Lee means you can play Brady at LB ad him at LM or you can play Figueroa at LB and Brady at LM and have cover.

Brady is our star player. we'd be lost without him.

Yep, he went missing against Cardiff and we struggled.

We're not really, we have Brady, Aluko, Boyd, Quinn, Koren and Sagbo that can play out wide on the left.

From what i've seen of you from this year and last Brady is far better than Aluko.

Brady has it all really, think he can go all the way.

Aluko has yet to prove to me that he's got end product. He's certainly got pace and skill but occasionally lacks the final cross, pass or finish.

I mean obviously his goal was world class on Saturday, but the chance against City was unreal and possibly cost you the game.

Both good players, but I find it odd that people tend to like Aluko more. I think he's got to prove his talent whereas Brady is doing that.

Alas, it could just be because Brady is in the form of his life and Aluko isn't and i'm talking out my arse Patty style, who knows?

See to me, you've named 3 central midfielders and a striker.

Fair point with Aluko though. Suppose if he gets injured then Koren or Boyd can step into Aluko's behind the striker role.

However, the main transfer target for you has to be a striker. Graham is missing chances left and right and will end up costing you points.

I think with Aluko being out for so long he isn't quite back to his best yet, Brady is very good all round and can play anywhere, where as Aluko is wasted when he isn't playing a free role in behind. I think Aluko always looks likely to create something literally everytime he gets the ball and that is why people like watching Aluko more. Both will have big futures.

I agree, Brady is a lot more of a finished product than Aluko, he has a lot more technical ability when it comes to striking the ball. But Aluko is raw and ambitious and will try the unthinkable. He's a lot more exciting.

Content that we have both Brady and Aluko who are very capable of doing the unexpected, and in Thudd and Livermore we have a sound engine room, think these four would certainly get in most mid to upper table premiership teams tbh, couple that with Davies and Figgy and we really do have the nucleus of a very promising team. Having watched Manure on Sunday just how devoid of creativity are they !
