Well done the boys, easy victory, coasting at times, another 3 points in the bag. Hope we can also do something against the Arsenal, now that would alarms bells ringing for some of the so called pundits. <cheers>

Today was a good day, we moved into the top half with a comprenhsive display, United lost 4-1, Cardiff were effectively mullered... And Liverpool went from 1st to 5th in a week <laugh>

I cant help liking Holloway, even in defeat he talks about us like he is a BIG fan .....

Holloway said: “I’d like to say well done to Swansea because of all the work that has gone into that. It looked so simple. They move it and they pass it but the complexity of the training to get it like that, and the skill of the players is great.

“Good God. You should have seen how well we closed and worked in the last couple of days but we weren’t practicing against Swansea. If I could have asked them to come to my training ground we might have started a bit better than that.

“If only we had seen the reality of the pace that they move the ball with and the support that the give and their structure then.

"We can’t replicate that on the training ground. They can see it against Valencia but they can’t see it on the training ground because, although I’ve talked about it, the people doing it aren’t like them.

To win when we didn't play particularly well in the first half was pleasing . A totally different 2nd half with total control meant that we didn't need to change things around and Bony ended up having a well deserved rest , if the game was going against us then they're may have been a need to bring him on .Vasquez needs to get up to speed and I thought for his first PL game although nothing spectacular he showed a few glimpses of what he can do. Very wasteful and too polite in front of goal toady would be my only criticism , if Chico's blast off the post had gone in even at that early time in the game then it would have become a rout because I believe they'd have collapsed .
Fair play to the Place fans though ,they kept singing throughout the game ,that was until the ole's started .

Dilli I was there where was you ?

In fairness, never,Holloway has been praising The Swans' for years,so it isn't a new thing with him. He'd manage us for nothing,I think.

I was in row 5. At half time I noticed a very unpleasant sight 3 seats away from me. It was none other than PGF  he was busy perving at the cheerleaders taking photos

If PGF has some photo's of the cheerleaders can he hurry up and post them on here!!!!!!!

Hollaway is a decent bloke I think, he has indeed been talking us up for years even when he was getting the plaudits for blackpool he was saying it was down to him following how we play the game . I think we have moved on to world level managers now, the next one will IMO be somebody well versed in tactical aweness and playing style, I also believe that the club know a name manager looks after himself in terms of attracting quality, not sure hollaway could ever do that for us, nice bloke though .
