Our goal difference

I'd just like to point out that there are only two teams, Burnley and Watford with a better goal difference than us!

We're top of the league by 3 points and are still unbeaten in the league.
We haven't conceded a goal in our last 6 league games.

Although there are concerns, I don't think we're looking too shabby and I can't quite believe how far some posters are going with their criticism of the team.

God help this board if we fall out of the top 6, or even the top two!!

Why is it madness to be critical in any way? To date we have played poorly and too negatively. We are very lucky to be where we are.

 

Oh well, it lasted nine posts anyway.

 

It's not just being critical now though is it ? It's more a constant sniping at all that is QPR, from the manager to the tactics to the lack of goals. FFS, some on here just seem to want to be unhappy with where we are.
Tell me....What would make you happier ? Top by 6 points ? Goal difference of +15 ? Winning each game by 4 goals ? I would of given my right arm to be here 8 games in and f*** me I'm gonna enjoy it.
Lets just enjoy the moment eh !

I just find the level of criticism baffling considering our position in the league. We haven't played particularly well, but the quality within the squad is getting us results, along with the luck you mention.
Hopefully, by the time our luck turns, we will be playing much better.

 

I'm not sniping at all that is QPR. I am part of what is QPR. Last Wednesday was a depressingly negative performance and I reserve my right to criticise it.

 

Honestly bruv, I'm not pointing the finger at you particularly....Just the general feel on the board (and to be honest in the ground) at the moment.
Of course you have the right to be critical.....Just as I and others have the right to be ecstatic.

Fair enough Staines. I'm normally a glass half-full person, and never believed we would be relegated until it actually happened, but we are just not very good at the moment. Top of a very poor bunch.

 

I'm sure you can remember when we were down in the First Division, and yes all our players were full-time professionals !!

So Yeovil, just promoted, all full-time professionals !!

Those days seem so long ago, and how far we have progressed !!

 

FFS we are top of the league & i can't be critical of them & i'll take1nils, its about time we had some luck it might be tough on yeovil & other teams but sod them, its about goals & as long as we are one in front of them thats fine with me, christ some want us to score 3/4 every match & play beautifully it just ain't going to happen so except these scores & we will be fine.

 

I think it's this kind of comment that most baffles me.
