Would love to have this bunch back Beckford, Becchio, Howson, Kilkenny, Gradel, Snoddy, even Kasper. McD managing them would be the icing on the cake. If I'm hones, our present crew wouldn't give them a game
What has Beckford done for Bolton we have to move on Snoddy and particularly Gradel would have helped I must admit but there are golden nuggets out there Lindgard scored 4 goals for a team that couldn't score in a brothel and Machedo 2 these were available this is the type we are looking for old men need not apply

Why all the negativity guys? Yesterday was a poor result. But based on chances created against chances Burnley had, we could and should have scored a hatful. Plenty of work for BMD to do & estblishing how you play both Diouf & McCormack & where strikes me as his biggest problem. We'll have Warnock back for the barcodes match. Diouf must play, as must Ross. But who else plays & where is a matter for much debate. Not sure I know the answer yet. Maybe a forward line of Poleon on the left, Varney through the centre, & Ross on the right. A 3 man midfield of Austin in the centre, Diouf on one side and Murphy on the other. Thoughts??
Varney is , was and will remain useless. No matter how much he runs about he is crap. He can't time a jump,and even he has no idea which way one of his headers is going to go. Smith looked great in the air when he came on, that wa the only plus yesterday.
