Yes Hull City has it new fans,call them plastic if you like. I have followed City since 63and believe me there has been some bad times having the piss taken out of you at school etc but there was always a belief that things get better.Yes there are 2 rugby teams in Hull , cannot stand them but they have never been the dominant force you seem to believe.In the mid60s/ early 70s when we were near the promised land we where getting decent crowds.Yes Newcastle have always got fanatical support,you have history.We have not yet but hopefully we are on the way.We deserve a go.
Igot the fever City V Everton 1964 FA Cup1-1 iknew then City were the team for me.I was 10 does age really matter?
Anyway good luck for the rest of the season ,I seriously think we will hang around for quite a while this time.

Second half Hull pushed on and got their deserved win. We were very sloppy and easily pushed off the ball.

 

Not had a **** for years as i'm married and the wife takes care of that department as for the big head its of normal size,ignorant? possibly but hey ho you obviously have the small club chip on your shoulder syndrome and it must piss you off only getting 17,396 average gate last season only for you now to have full houses replica shirts and the bbc ****ing over your crazy crazy fans now the epl has arrived.Enjoy it while it lasts and i will be there the 1st of March and no doubt we will get the usual inbred reception around the bars before the game.....Happy days

 

I think we should give Hull some credit. It wasn't that we were rubbish yesterday; it was just Hull were very good. For example, they completely shut Ben Arfa out of the game.

 

Such bitterness...Anyway can i just point out a little factoid to anyone who believes that Hull is a rugby town ? Last week Hull FC,played in a play off game at the KC,this is the pinnacle of the rugby league season. The attendance was 4920...work that one out eh ?

My word there's some rather distasteful chappies on the board today, I would have thought they'd be better served enjoying the cuisine, fine wine and idylic scenery in Humberside on this fine September day. Furthermore we are in no danger of becoming the biggest laughing stock in EPL history as we already have that honour, hence Ashley changing the name of the trophy room to " the room ".

Ordinarily I would mate but there are rake loads of them... plus replies etc.... it would leave the thread looking like a slice of Swiss cheese.... as I'm sure you'll agree it's important that any other fans wanting to come on to WUM get the clear message they aren't welcome and in this instance leaving these embarassing comments up will aid that purpose.

There are a few on other threads that I'll get round to looking at though in a bit.

 

Just seems a pity that it looks as if the Wums can win by having the thread deleted.
