Yes thanks Mr Tache. Hope you are well. Who have Ipswich got this weekend? More importantly, are any of you going?
I will get my employees to do a sponsored walk and double your transfer budget. Careful what you wish for guru because it usually comes back to haunt you.
I am refereeing a football match tomorrow morning so alas no but I will listen to the excellent coverage on radio Suffolk.
Wigan away, unfortunately i have refused to go as the club has a major pie shortage since the summer.
The same thing happened to us in 2001/02 mate! We spent Millions improving our squad and it all went tits up!
I don't post much anymore because most of the user of this site don't actually attend matches so therefore don't have the same insight into football matters as I do. I find it a strange concept to support a club but never attend matches. Norwich will be fine with the people running the football club. We will stay up because they are ruthless enough to do whatever is needed.
For someone who's never shown any insight into any footballing matters ever, that is ****ing awesome, seriously Treacs! Rep!
Night night puppy dog. I will throw you some scraps every now and again. Please don't get too upset if I am not around for a while.
Yeah I'm biting, but... So if you're a die-hard local fan for several years, season-tickets, away games, the whole nine yards, and then work, studying, family, etc takes you to the other side of the world, you should just give up supporting, because you can't make it to Carrow Road week-in, week-out? Ridiculous. The reason the forum has a high percentage of expat fans is because we miss the interactions with other fans, because there might not be another canaries fan for 100 miles. Most fans love talking about their club, and the further you get from Norfolk, the harder it gets, so people get their fix online. The forums also help because you can chat to people whilst streaming the game. And yes, you get a different perspective on a game from the stand compared to the TV, but if someone is dedicated enough to watch a game on a pixelated stream at 3am, then I'm sure their understanding of football is plenty good enough to contribute to discussions here.
Well said that man. If the only true fans were those that attended matches we would then only have 27,000 fans. What a stupid statement.
Not an expat fan but a significant travel distance plus work committments. If I take my son I can't get way with less than £100 and that is hard to justify more than a couple of times a season.
The smell of **** always lingers on a thread when the scumbo's turn up, its just one of those rubbish facts of life. Prepare yourself for the history lesson though, you might loose a few years if your one of those sad and unfortunate people who pay attention to the endless bollocks they come out with.
