Depends if he can be had on a bargain or not & what role he'll play . If Buck sees fit to sign him , that's good enough for me .
I'd be amazed if this happens, the guy seems to have caused a fair bit of dis-harmony wherever he's gone. I know Norwich tried to sign him permanently a while back but his wages were way too much...I imagine he'd price himself out of being a backup player (which is where I'd see him fitting in with us if it happened)
I agree totally If/when graham signs, lita would only be backup. But For some reason I have never rated the guy and have always had a slight dislike towards him. But if it does happen, I guess I would have to change my views! I trust brendan and his player targets
The guy has an attitude problem by all accounts, and while there´s no denying his ability I wouldn´t want to see him wearing a Swans shirt unless he came out with some kind of "I want to get on with everyone and buckle down" press release!
Well this is one player, I'm not to overjoyed with being linked too, he is the sort of player that can upset the dressing room, but I'll give him his due, he can hack it in the Prem, and was amazing for Reading under Steve Coppell, so if Rodgers thinks he can manage him then fair enough, but I was surprised to read that Mail article late last night!............ please log in to view this image
Thanks, but no thanks. I wouldnt take him on a free. watched him this year for borough. spends all game moaning at his teammates because a ball wasnt inch perfect. would ruin our fantastic team spirit. Sorry. Borough you can keep him.
The team spirit and "togetherness" that we have as a club is an important factor of our success. Agree with all the posters who say we don't want any disruptive players within a country mile of us. As for the player, he has ability but tends to blow hot and cold. We still have to watch the pennies and get value for money, so we need either proven consistency from a player experienced at BPL level, or an outstanding "young gun" looking to push his career on with us.
Ditto to all of the above, if he comes to us he will need to be managed very carefully, Buck will have his work cut out.
I can't stand this guy. Will not be happy if we sign him tbh. Serious attitude problem, and causes problems wherever he goes. DO NOT GET THIS GUY BUCK!!! PERLEASE.
