Not horseracing, but as I rarely go on the other threads, so I'll post this nice article from Lewis Hamilton on Singapore here: http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/formula1/24167438 I love Singapore too. Think I already mentioned it a while back, but I wanted to retire there but my better half prevailed!
Red: That's just great, I had forgotten all about Bauhaus, the first gothic rock group? Just listened to the [Music Video] of "Bela Lugosi's dead". Fantastic! Tks vm for reminder! Inspired me so will be donning black tracksuit, black cape, black hat, and am off tonight vampiring in the city. Beware! please log in to view this image
Sorry UC but it's a reality for a few of us! Just enjoy your life and don't think about it! As you can see from the above to Redcgull, retirement can me fun?
So, back to business: 15:50 Newcastle - Violent Velocity (Well beaten by Moral Issue LTO on G/F ground. 6lb. pull in the weights would not be enough to reverse the form, but today's G/S going might just make a difference? Think selection might prefer that to G/F? Anyway, a sporting bet with apprentice claiming the full 7lb., plus a very good trainer). GL all today!
this is more of a heads up than a tip, in case people are interested and missed it. Over at Maisons-Laffitte in the 2.20, Cirrus Des Aigles runs. Looks a weak race for a group 3, but the horse hasn't really shown much this season. This race could be more to his liking though. At 6/4 i won't be paying to find out but good luck if you do.
Ayr 2.20 Even Stevens 25-1 EW Will love the ground and in an open race paying four places looks a good each way selection.
Won by 2.5L at an SP of 2/1 How did that happen? Massive price, even when you consider his form this season.
