.............Ok poor little big Swansea! I can live with that, hell there's some cry baby scousers on this thread, for goodness sake get over yourselves, and by the way your not a top 4 club this season, so don't get any big ideas! can't have you lot crying all season, anyway I think we'll both meet somewhere in the middle this season, and for those of you that think we will struggle, I've been hearing that for 5 years, even from the likes of Leeds and the Rams, in the Championship, yet still little old Swansea continued plodding on against all the odds!....................

So if i read this thread right then people like Suarez, Sturridge, Coutinoh, Messi and Ronaldo are not all that good, they just play against error prone defenders!

 

Don't think anyone is saying Swansea will struggle this year? In fact, think most of us had Swansea down as finishing top 10 this season and possible being the best of the mid table teams behind last seasons top 7.

Also, bit strange you saying you won't struggle, despite your average (and that's no offence) start to the season, yet you say we have no chance of 4th, despite the fact we're top and already beaten last year's champions? To completely discount us from top 4 given our current results and teams we've faced already this season is wrong.

 

A lot has been said about Jonjo's mistakes, but not much credit has been given to Sturridge or Moses!

Was watching Sturridge and he saw that Jonjo had his back to him and made a run, anticipating a back pass - OK it was a 'mistake' by Jonjo, but a great piece of predatory play by Sturridge and one of the many reasons he is so prolific - his reading of the game is superb.

For Moses' goal; yep a bad pass by Jonjo, but Moses still had a lot to do (he received the ball on halfway FFS!) Our defence was to blame just as much as Jonjo for backing off the way they did - even so it was a great piece of play, and finish, by Moses!

To say that we would have won if it wasn't for those two 'mistakes' is a bit of a stretch to be honest. The game would have been completely different and who knows what the result would have been.

Mistakes happen, but they still need to be capitalised upon; Sturridge and Moses did that, but not out of sheer luck, but because they are top players with first rate instincts.

So let's put this to bed and just remember it as a very entertaining game of football!

No point making any big deal of where you currently are, as the dust hasn't settled from the kick off this season, crying out loud, we are just four games in!....................

 

So what are you making your prediction that we have "no chance of top 4" given that since January 2013 our form has been top 4 form which includes the 4 games this year, 1 against the Champions, 2 against teams that have done well against last years top 4 already this season and a draw away to you.

To completely dismiss the chances of top 4, is like me dismissing the chance of you staying up - it has no foundations.

 

I'll tell you why you won't get it, because your not good enough, and you do not need to go to specsavers to see that, tell me which top four team are you going to topple? ......I'm all ears!....................

Now I know Swansea exists in a wilderness and you struggle to even get the news on a regular basis but you might just have noticed that we've already toppled United this season. Seem to remeber that your meeting with them didn't go too well

I don't think they'll finish top 10 this season. They don't look as good, haven't had the best of starts and we, more than most, know the detrimental effect the Europey League has on your prem form.

My prediction is 12th for them at least 15 pts behind us.

 

He is making his prediction soley and purely because he doesn't like Liverpool since we stole their Manager who they loved, then hated, then somehow convinced themselves he'd fail and be sacked by January to give them the last laugh (as apparently no-one goes on to prosper when they leave Swansea - except for BR and Allen who are now at a much better and bigger club and get to fight for 4th and finish higher in the league every single season without fail), then hated BR more because he's turned our decline around and looks like he will be a success afterall, and then we took their best player, then we humiliated them 5-0 and its gone from their.

Also though, because he only exists to WUM which he does even on his own board to his fellow Jacks.

Just ignore him mate. When Swansea are even relevant to us in anyway in terms of getting top 4-6 then I MIGHT give their opinions the time of day.

Their a small club in Wales who, instead of trying to mix it with the big boys, should be spending more time woryying and concentrating on Cardiff finishing above them.

In a sporting contest, there is a winner & a loser, for your one eyed view to be correct then every 'win' would be the DIRECT result of an opponents failure, as opposed to the REALITY that it's often down to the winners superior skill & play on the day.
