That's the only picture I could find... quite surprising really. An avenue yet to be explored much by football's photoshoppers.
Well he gave us a penalty last time so as long as he keeps giving us some decisions I'll be alright with him
I think he's been Gok'd. False tan, toned, new hair, ditched the white collar which obviously clashed....
Mark Lawrenson's Prediction for Cardiff v Tottenham I don't think Tottenham's Europa League game at home to Tromso on Thursday will affect them too much. I had to laugh when I heard Spurs boss Andre Villas-Boas saying this week that the fixture list is killing them - it is only mid-September! How many players has he signed in the summer? I'm sorry, but if you want to be a top-four team in the Premier League and you want to be a power across Europe, then you have to play in these midweek competitions. This is what it is all about. Players want to play games, they enjoy it. It means they are not training, which can be drudgery. Cardiff have made a decent start to life in the top flight but I fancy Spurs to nick the three points here. I thought Tottenham were very good last week in their win over Norwich - they could have won even more easily than they did. Christian Eriksen did very well and the balance and the dynamic of the team was good. I just hope the Bluebirds' owner Vincent Tan lets Malky Mackay get on with his job even if he loses two or three games on the spin, because he has got a good manager there. Prediction: Cardiff City 0-2 Tottenham Hotspur Lawro has Spurs in 2nd place on 12 points, one behind Woolwich Wanderers and one point ahead of City, Chelsea & Liverpool. He has Cardiff in 17th place on two points. Lawro's 2013-14 Predictions
Europe hangovers 6061 are always a possibility even against Cardiff. Yes I thought that Andre should just accept without moaning, what's the point of it? Better just to get on with it. Winning more easily than they did is a bit of a talking point on another thread but I agree with you.
If we had been playing weds then he should have left it. Playing sun-tues is poor planning. When was the last time the "big" clubs had to do that? I think he was right to let the world and the FA know it's not on
Lawro has us down for another shut-out ?? Doubt it will happen the way Cardiff played Citeh, and of course Caulker waiting to do the standard ex-player performance.
I wouldn't risk Rose for Sunday. There is Naughton and Vert as cover, and Fryers too. Good on Kaboul. Sounds like he had the same problem as during the U21 return games last spring (muscles still a bit too tight to be bombing around too much) . Would be nice to confirm the paperwork is here for Chiriches. I am so cynical now that I suspect a bit of SSN + Skybet collusion on odds offered for Chiriches starts.
<quote> "I think it has arrived today," Villas-Boas said after their clash with Tromso. </qoute> Think ??
As that article stated, I also have trouble in understanding how Will.i.aren't gets a permit so quickly based on his non-appearance in the Brazil team (using the "excellence" loophole I believe), whilst a regular international like Vlad the Impaler has to wait three weeks. Also looks like we got a better deal with Eriksen anyway! Incidentally, I just typed in his name to make sure I got the spelling correctly, and a small bio came up. Turns out he was born in Middelfart. What a great name!
Someone mentioned certain countries taking extra time yesterday and Romania was one of them, for some reason. The thing that annoyed me was that Chiriches should've got one automatically and quickly, as he ticked every box. Someone needs to look at the process.
Both Willian and Fernandinho are pretty dodgy work permits. Average players who have done nothing internationally, but exceptions are made because they paid a lot of money for them. Got to laugh at City and Chelsea though - We got Paulinho who is clearly the best of the lot for significantly less money.
