Perhaps one of the most exciting players we've got - where can we fit him in? has great talent knows where the net is and has huge enthusiasm - we seem more 'alive' when he comes on. Only problem is where do we play him - he's not a natural winger but do we try and force out there? do we push Michu up front and play him behind him?

On the field, from the start. I don't think it matters where we line him up - he will always drift around and cause damage in the final third. I would think we play him instead of one of our traditional wide players - probably Dyer at this time.

Agreed - at least in principle. Trouble is he does tend to cut in and almost get in the way at times. He certainly curtails our width.

But he has the promise of delivering more than Dyer at least on current form. I enjoyed watching him when he came on and looks an exciting prospect.

What he needs to do is find his rhythm and fine tune his role and positioning sense. For that he needs game time; no real substitute. Perhaps his wandering and "getting in the way" is an attempt at this point to get involved and make a mark so he gets picked to start.

He's going to be terrific to watch and as he gets confidence and starts to click with Pablo, Michu and others he is going to cause chaos out there for other teams.

He's keen alright, and most of us fans respond to that.

Thing is, I would say our starting frontline is

    Bony, Michu, Hernandez and Routs.

Who would you drop to play him?

Hernandez? Been one of the best players for us this season IMO.
Routs? Doing really well again this season.
Michu, finally playing in his favoured role
Bony, meanign we push Michu out of his favoured role?
Or does he replace Bony in the forward role?

Its not an easy decision. No doubt he will get game time, but for our main games, who do we drop to bring him in.

Bony took a heavy knock so may not play on Thursday.

Let's try him between the posts - Vorms already let in 7 this season in the PL.

He can compete with Dyer on the right wing.

We are most likely going to play 55-60 games this season.

You do not have to be first pick to play alot of games . If he is backup for either Routledge og Pablo he will end up playing atleast 20-25 games this season anyhow.

For me his place on the right wing or also in the centre if Michu starts up front, he is quite versatile in that respect. If Bony cannot shake off his knock then I expect him to start in the number 10 role, however he is so quick and agile with great feet that he could even be played up front to run onto any through balls provided by Michu.... who by the way I have noticed is very adapt at such play. We have already seen the kid having the pace to hand on the shoulder of defenders and blitz them and his finishing is great.

There seems to be a few options for Poz and this is a headache I bet Laudrup loves having.

    Anywhere he wants to play!

Attacking midfield, maybe in place of Michu in some scenarios, and supporting in him in others <ok>

He's the dogs bollocks when you need someone to come on and 'stir things up a bit' :1980_boogie_down:

He doesn't have to replace anybody, do you all realise how many games we have coming up? they will be coming every three days!! I would love to see Poz up front, though I know he's an attacking midfielder, but to me he has all the attributes of a Striker!................<ok>

True, but somebody has to be rested for him to start. The question now then is who that person is to be rested. I gotta be honest and I don't think many will like my answer... but if Michu keeps running like he has in the first four Prem games then he will be shattered by the tenth <laugh>

Before his lengthy injury in Spain, Barca were interested in him..... as a striker. Liked the look of him from first sight and said so at the time. I believe he will become a player of the highest class. I just hope we don't decide to take a quick profit and sell him on for something daft like £5 million before he peaks because he is going to be special.
