Just got to hope no one sells up.

Isn't the club worth around the £60M mark? If it is then a 20% stake would be around £12M

the minute we sell to a billionaire will be the time that we will be on tenterhooks, We should never have spent £12 million on a single player and put him on stupid wages that will put others not on as much with resentments, We were doing it the right way increasing our spending on a player bit by bit per season. Now we have opened the floodgates it will be hard to keep control of our spending especially the wages that can quickly spiral out of control..

I was always perplexed why the shareholders taking a small dividend was criticised. If someone gets a deserved, for example, £1 million dividend, then A £7 million buyout doesn't sound like such a banker. When the Glaziers bought Man Utd for off the top of my head £750 million, I thought they were off their heads. They are now worth (again off the top of my head) twice that. Point being twice £60 million as mentioned here for the worth of the club, might be worth hanging on to.

I think the dividends were well deserved by the board, and the swans sadly are not nailed on for long term prem survival as per the likes of man utd. I'm sure the board know this as any team outside the big 4 could go down this season or the next so a bird (£7m) in the hand and all that now would tempt me . Pity there are'nt many footy fan billionaires born and living in Swansea.

While we are in the prem it would be nice if the stadium could be expanded enough in one section to allow pay on the day at the turnstiles to return for the fans that couldn't afford/get season tickets or work commitments etc, and to be by their mates if they want ?

Parents (especially stupid ones who like to shout "encouragement" to their kids) should be allowed nowhere near coaching sessions. The kids are there to learn. Not impress mam and dad.

Strange comment , so you wouldn't like to see how the kids are trained because there's loads of comments on here about how poor the coaching is <doh>

Parents are not allowed to make any audible comment during games let alone training so your comment is invalid

IO have to somewhat agree with Lone, when I was a kid, knowing your mother or father was there put added pressure on you. Its easier to relax when you haven't got to worry about what they think.

Yes its a bit mean for the parent who wants to watch their kid, but the important thing is for the kid to learn, you don't follow your kid around school classes do you? So why when training for football. Its about learning, and if you have people watching at that age, it can be a bit daunting. After all, its not just mammy and daddy, there are strangers too, and not all children are confident in the early years of people watching.

If its a match, yes, let the parents watch, but for training, I don't agree, close the doors.

watching & supporting are two different things altogether . I agree some parents shouldn't be allowed pitchside but don't tar everyone with the same brush.
