Because Sky use viewer votes to determine Man of the Match (makes fans feel involved at a cost) and considering Liverpool have more fans, their players will obviously get more votes.
Carragher is SO ****ing one eyed! Its all about HIS team ....he is supposed to be a pundit , Give us some ****ing credit you ******.
In all fairness Gary Neville was trying to, but carragher just reverting it back to Liverpool. Classic.
Yep just waiting on a certain poster to say WE were lucky, Laudrup got it wrong and should be sacked and well you know the rest ! FACT !
what a game of football that was....we were bossed throughout the first half and i feared the worst, but fair play to laudrup he finally changed tactics and the second half we murdered them, we did what they did in the first half and passed them of the pitch better than they did. Its a shame we could not get that 3rd goal as liverpool would have had no complaints as they were desperately trying to hang on. shelvey was awesome tonight with just a couple of mistakes but had his hand in all the goals. Bony was rubbish and it was good to see him being subbed, if he is worth £12 million then i can't see where by....Now i hope that laudrup have seen the light between the first half and our second half performance and we continue to play like that for the rest of the season. after that it feels like 2 points dropped and liverpool were very lucky to get a point....happy bunny after that which must have given the neutrals watching some good entertainment and something to think about....ps dyer was awful..
Great game to watch. Fair play lads your lot were excellent second half, pressed Liverpool really well. I thought De Guzman made a big difference. Fair play to Shelvey lesser men would have capitulated after the Moses goal.
The tactics hardly changed from the 1st to the last minute, the only difference was in the first half we played with 10 men, and second half we had a full compliment, JDG was doing what Dyer should have been doing. But then you would claim he changed it to suit your point of him getting it wrong lol, there was no Rodgers tactics used tonight at all. The only change as mentioned was taking Dyer off, first half everything was down the left, with the odd ball making it through to the right for Rangel, Dyer was woefl, created no space for Rangel, was lazy tracking back too. As soon as he went off, we were by far a better team for it. Because we were pulling their defence all over the shop which was allowing so much space out wide for Ben and Rangel, and Liverpool couldn't handle it. Bit unfair to criticise Bony, thought he was doing well, bar 1 or 2 bad touches, only so much he can do with the balls he is currently getting.
well you will only get the truth from me good or bad as i have said many times...i will leave the excuses to you and others....
Cheers dude. Forget about Suarez, Gerrard, Sturridge....to play Brendas football you need Coutinho. You lost all shape when he hurt his shoulder after his theatrical leap. All the best when the vampire comes back, as your team seems harmonious at present.
Neville said the least we deserved was a draw and he was right. Possession 58/42: Shots 17/12: On target 8/5. Had we started as we finished, there is no doubt we would have won but the 'Pool perhaps could have claimed the reverse. Great game though and I'm proud of the lads.
