Nice to see 'our Joey' doing something positive off the field for once, and getting to promote 'The Rainbow Laces' campaign. Basically it's a way of players saying who gives a f*** about someone's sexuality in football in these modern times. Shame it'll take a very brave man to 'come out' and ride the abuse from fans and some fellow pro's. Some folk are Gay.......get over it !!
I think we have one or two in our squad, even my mother told me someone in our team is gay and its the same one I thought.
Not surprising its Joey heading this campaign. Didn't he have his arse handed to him by a pair of nufters in a gay bar last year? I think someone started a thread on here before about Joey possibly being gay. He certainly has my Gaydar on maximum alert with that headband of his
People, to each there own but hey, it's all about team work ................. Seinfield, please https://www.google.com.au/url?sa=t&...Sfh6C6L_RWRvBcsvA&sig2=Mql2o-VN5YA7wzsgMDhyaA
Apparently that is Raul picking up Ryan with the young lad in the background (?), looking a bit surprised/shocked.
I think that if Joey was gay, he's just about the only pro footballer mad / opinionated / outspoken enough to come out either whilst he's playing or shortly after he retires. (I say mad not in an offensive way, but because he'd face a huge backlash from the terraces, and he already gets enough abuse from fans, both away supporters and from our own ranks until recently, that drawing more heat upon himself would be barking.)
Every good sexually straight oriented team have to have one or two exceptions in it.....Well, maybe we had too many exceptions last season.... However, way to go Joey!
They're all sisters when you turn them over Swords ... Nowt wrong with trying on mums clothes once in a while We all need to connect x
Last year, we had a lot of players playing by themselves .................... I think the most applicable name would be, ****ers .................. BUT this year, a team that plays together, sticks together ..... Go team!
The numbers of takers we had last year, Barton is the least of our problems and definately not gay, but sad it needs to be debated. So to get back to QPR and football, I am glad we are now scoring first and do not have to come from behind every game
Barton has always been hard in the tackle, going for balls that he had no right to touch. Many a time he's slipped one between two backs, and it's undeniable he's always looking to show us his cheeky side.....
Now it is being hinted I might have a conflict of loyalties for the Brighton game but I can assure you I have always been QPR through and through - despite being Sussex born and bred.
