Happened earlier than that and the same thing occurred in their game against Villa. They come out at 100mph and then can't keep up the pace. Their bench hasn't got enough quality to bring on anyone to revive them at the moment, either.
mmm thats the achilles then .......they do seem to run around like maniacs, all huff and puff , once swansea had a bit more time on the ball , their superior passing was clear for all to see. They would have won that but for the fool Shelvey gifting the scousers 2 goals..
Really good game that. Shelvey does look like he's going to top himself though .... mixed bag from him. Swans unlucky not to come away with all three points in the end
Gunner b and piskie I Think you're both right. We look like we're lacking fitness. Plus we are pretty weak in depth, but that's nothing new. Really hoping Suarez comes back full throttle. Also hoping Agger makes a swift recovery.
